What is imputed income tax?

If you own a property and have it at your disposal for all or part of the year. Even timeshare accommodation counts as a property if you have it at your disposal for more then two weeks per year. Part of Modelo 210.

What is Rental income tax?

Non-resident property owners in Spain must declare and pay tax on any income they earn from renting out their property in the country. This is done by submitting Modelo 210, a special tax declaration form for non-residents.

What is Capital Gains tax?

Capital Gains Tax applies when a non-resident sells property in Spain and makes a taxable profit on the sale. The amount due depends on the gain calculated under Spanish tax rules, and the declaration is generally made through Modelo 210.
