A Nota Simple gives you a clear and official picture of a property's ownership, encumbrances, and legal status in the Spanish property registry. We request it for you.
A Nota Simple (formally Nota Simple Informativa) is an extract from the Spanish Property Registry (Registro de la Propiedad). It provides a snapshot of a property's legal status, including who owns it, whether there are any mortgages or liens registered against it, and its official description and boundaries.
It is one of the most frequently requested documents in Spanish property transactions and an essential tool for any property owner who wants to stay informed about their asset.
