We help non-resident owners keep ownership in Spain clear and manageable — even when they live abroad.
Owning a home in Spain should feel light. But from abroad, it quickly becomes filled with taxes, deadlines, and documents scattered across systems.
Estity exists to make ownership easier — with guidance, a clear overview, and records stored in one place, so you can stay in control from anywhere.
We’re Jan Neidebro and Jens Johansson. After years of owning property in Spain, we saw the same pattern: the process works — but the overview often doesn’t.
Information ends up fragmented, status is unclear, and it’s hard to feel fully confident about what’s submitted, what’s paid, and what happens next.
Estity started as a way to bring structure and transparency to the administrative side of ownership — without losing the human support where it helps.
Want to start with what’s usually most time-sensitive?

Three principles that make ownership clearer and lighter — especially from abroad.
Do it yourself — with the right structure. Clear steps. Clear deadlines.
Know what’s submitted, paid, and coming next. Everything is stored — accessible from abroad.
Digital when it creates clarity. A modern layer — not manual admin.
A small team focused on calm clarity: structure, transparency, and easier ownership in Spain.

Estity consists of two companies: Estity AB, a Swedish development company responsible for the platform, and Estity Innovation SL, a Spanish company with the agreements required for collaboration with the tax authority, GIPE, or other relevant parties, and thus can offer property-related services in Spain.
Estity was founded by Jan Neidebro (civil engineer, computer science) and Jens Johansson (economist). After years of owning property in Spain, they built Estity to bring structure and transparency to ownership from abroad.
Estity is an international platform for non-resident owners in Spain. Our team works across Sweden (product and engineering) and Spain (ownership administration) — with one goal: make ownership clearer and easier to manage from anywhere.
