What does the letter that came in Spanish mean? What costs are associated with the home – and does the rest of the family have access to the information?

The idea was therefore to gather more of the home ownership in one place and at the same time make it possible for the owner to understand and manage more themselves.

In Estity, the homeowner can, among other things, make their Modelo 210 declaration and declare rental income. The information is filled in digitally and the tax is calculated based on the registered information.

But the declaration is only part of the ownership.

The user can gather property information, documents, receipts, income, and costs, keep track of important dates, and share information with family members or other owners.

Spanish documents can also be uploaded for translation and summarization, making it easier to understand what the documents are actually about. If other parts of ownership are needed, it is also possible to apply for a NIE number, order a Nota Simple, and get help with a digital certificate.
