Why do so many homeowners in Spain still find that administration, government contacts, and regulations are so complicated that they need to use legal representatives?
That was the question that laid the foundation for Estity.
In an article in Sydkusten, we talk about the background of the company, the experiences that led to the idea, and our vision of making homeownership in Spain easier, safer, and more accessible.
As homeowners in Spain, we ourselves experienced the challenges that many can relate to. Information was hard to find, processes unclear, and important documents scattered across various places. At the same time, it was often difficult to get a comprehensive overview of the obligations and actions actually required as a property owner.
Today, we are developing a digital platform that helps homeowners gather documents, manage declarations, get guidance on important obligations, and create a clearer overview of their ownership – no matter where in the world they are.
Since the start, we have established operations in Spain, become an approved partner of the Spanish tax agency (AEAT), built a network of local experts, and helped homeowners gain better control over their ownership. The goal is the same today as when we started:
To make homeownership as easy remotely as it is at home.
In the article, we tell more about the journey behind Estity, the challenges in the market, and our view on the future of homeownership.

Whether the property is used for personal use, rental, or as a long-term investment, Estity helps you gain better overview, greater control, and an easier everyday life as a homeowner in Spain.
