New features in Estity – better overview, simpler onboarding, and smarter reminders
During spring and early summer, we have continued developing Estity with a clear goal: to make property ownership simpler, safer, and more transparent for those who own a home in Spain.
Many of the improvements are based on user behavior, feedback from our customers, and insights into how property owners actually navigate their ownership. The result is several new features and updates that are now available in the platform.
New design in the overview
The overview has been given an updated look and improved structure. Through research in user behavior and cognition, we have redesigned the experience to make information easier to understand and important areas easier to find.
The goal is for you to quickly gain a clear picture of your ownership.
Simpler onboarding
Getting started with Estity should be simple, even if you are new to owning a property in Spain.
That is why we have improved the onboarding flow with clearer symbols, simpler steps, and better guidance. This helps you understand the value of the platform faster and begin building your property profile.
New calendar with reminders
We have launched a new calendar feature where important dates become clearer and easier to follow.
Here, you can collect important events related to your ownership – from tax declarations and document renewals to your own reminders. The feature is designed to give you better control and reduce the risk of missing important deadlines.
Important documents first
The document section has also been improved.
We now highlight the documents that often create the greatest value early in the ownership journey, such as purchase documents, tax documents, and other key records. This makes it easier to understand what is important to collect and keep organised from the start.

As Estity grows and more services are launched, we have also updated our terms of use and privacy policy.
This is to better reflect how the platform is used today, the services we offer, and how we work to create security and transparency for our users.
